    I have been using AP for the past 7 days and have recently added PowerFull. I currently take 1 AP before breakfast, lunch & dinner and 1 PowerFull 1 hour after breakfast and 2 Powerfull before bed. Oh I also take a vitamin pak usually 30 minutes after breakfast or lunch.
