    Which test and is it 100 mg/cc? if so sounds kinda hi. Got a friend who is on test replacement therapy and he paid $60 for 10 ml at 100mg/ml of cypionate. Pharmacy price though so take that for what its worth.

    I like both gerbil's ideas on the winny and cutting carbs. Vote to keep protein in higher range of what you have been taking in. When cutting the carbs it would be good to start cutting from last meal of the day and slowly work backwards. Good luck! Keep up the enthusiasm.

    Go to bmi-calculator.net/body-fat-calculator Follow the steps for the BF formula for men. This should be a good start to get a more accurate idea. IMO, as you get leaner it is less accurate like off by as much as 1-1.5% Hope this helps, you will need waist measurement and weight to calculate.

    In my experiences, at the Dr office that is, none of them like the idea of drinking shakes for added protein. But i bet they don't favor gear either. Lol They like vegetables alot!!

    I still say eat 6 times a day, or even 5, if the goal is to cut AND keep as much muscle in tact as possible. Now if the goal is just to "lose weight", go right ahead with this strategy. Should work for a little while.......
