Well after not keeping my log up to date for a while now, I decided now is as good a time as any to restart...took some progress pics and was amazed and just how far ive come so far...sure ive still got a hell of a long way to go but who doesnt??

I live is aus and am currently using it..havent tried the us one obv but I can imagine how much better it would be
Ive cleaned up my diet alot lately so its hard to tell just how much of my loss is alpha and how much is diet...ill admit the first couple times I tried it I got a little jittery...
So im doing standing db front raises with my towel and water bottle on the bench next to me (probly a shyt move but the gym was quiet and theres other benches anyway), headphones in with the motivation pumping...and im mid-set and old mate walks up and asks if im using that particular...
Is this product availiable for use in Australia cause im keen to give it a go!
Im a 26 year old male and weigh about 83kgs.
Im a soldier so I do pt for around an hour or so each day plus I hit the gym 4-5 times a week. I do a split of back, shoulders, chest and legs using mostly free weights...
Dunno if this is the right spot for this but just wondering if there any negative effect to using 3-3.5 scoops per day?? Dont know if im maybe overdoing it?
So how much of an effect does the missing yohimbe have? I also live in oz and was looking at this to cut away the last few kgs...is it still gonna do the job to an acceptable level??
