My initial thought was “when hell freezes over!” Then I thought what actually am I aiming for?? I see Olympia physiques etc and I know to achieve something like that I’d need strict diet and excessive cycle regime which ain’t me. So the perfect physique for me would be at 5’11” around 230-235lbs...
I would recommend trying it, you might be totally fine you never know. Toward the end of my 50 day run, it was just my shoulders that were aching. But I’ve cycled it several times without a problem; only the last time my shoulder played up. My best run was ara, aba and alphamax.
I’ve not yet pal. I’ve not ordered anything online cause I can usually pick their drinks up cheaper in other places like B&M. I’ve just had a look at their nutrition. You get about 5g of protein in a £1.20 which is pretty ****. Might give their mousse a whirl though.
I’ve never been one for pre workouts but I’ve been having a Moose Juice from my gym recently. My workouts have been noticeably better after one. I’d highly recommend one. I’m thinking of buying a crate of them online.

I have a shake 2 hours after breakfast in between lunch. And then one post workout which is before my evening meal. And then one just before bed. Carbs depends on cycles. Protein is around 50g a shake. No idea if its right. Just try get protein in every couple hours or so.
I drank once for my birthday party on SuperDrol. I loaded with milk thistle but still puked my guts up all the next day and ruined a couple days of my cycle. You’ll be fine though bro. Plenty of water, cause a huge hang over can mess up your training. I did notice I got hung over a lot easier...
I think everyone has their genetic limits, that’s if diet, sleep, and training are perfect. Natural test levels decrease as well which will affect growth. Good question though, I’d be interested to see what people say on this. I’m in my 30s and wonder how much natural growth I have left in the tank!
