That’s an advisory list, not a banned FDA list. All that means is that some companies may not want to use it due to it being of notice to the FDA but it’s not banned.

You could go low carb and still have a low sex drive. Carbs are tied to testosterone levels. It’s the total amount of calories that play the largest role. Keep the reduction minimal if you’re concerned.
