Im 23 years old attending college on the central coast. I started lifting prior to my freshman year of high school and have never looked back. Grew up wrestling and playing football. After graduating HS I really turned to bodybuilding/lifting to fill that competitive/athletic void. I have made my fair share of dieting and training mistakes which I have learned from. I take my nutrition,supplementation, and training very seriously and am a lot smarter about my choices.
