Hes said that its probably due to training and that because i look healthy the tiredness/labido is due to that even though my test is rock bottom, he said that would be from training but then went on to say dont worry about training less...

I turn my phone off at night, im pretty sure its a bigger factor effecting my test than lifestyle, as compared to norm my diet/sleep habits are pretty good...

yeh sounds sensible... although i dont get the whey thing? if my doc told me that id continue to take it regardless... tastes too good haha! and im sure it wouldnt be that big a factor in lowering test...
