currently doing 5/3/1 - lifting mainly for strength. i play M.O.H. as well; go to school [nursing] -i read way too much on here and T-Nation. have tried plenty of supps..including the prohormones of old. used to hate squats - now i love'em. goals include squating 405; deadlifting 500; and repping with 315 on the bench
