Great advice. I appreciate your time to type that out. I am trying to get the diet in check. I usually drink around 3 protein shakes a day and try and eat as much as possible. My pre-workout right now is ACG3.
I am looking at trying a PH but not sure what is mild but will do the job. I am currently 5'11, 144 pounds and looking to put on about 10 pounds. My buddy suggested Epistane but I wanted to come on here and listen to what you guys had to say. Any help would be appreciated!
