    Good god I hate niacin! Last time I took it I was standing in line to get a sub and everyone kept asking me if I was ok.... terrible.

    Any stim will raise blood pressure, no getting around that.
  4. ECA (ephedrine) and alcohol is dangerous?

    Both ephedrine and alcohol can raise your blood pressure. You gotta remember that ephedrine was around for a while and many people consuming alcohol while using it. If you really worried about this issue than your best bet would be to do one or the other.
  5. Waxy Maize - Popularity gone?

    I prefer taking waxy maize before and during my workout, gives awesome pumps.
  6. Creatine Rookie Over Here

    Go with whats been proven to work, 10g creatine mono with about 60g of a sugar free carb like waxy maize. This combo is less likely to cause any water bloat because the creatine is transported efficiently and it works.
  7. CLA unhealthy?

    CLA takes a while to see any results and the high daily dose can be costly.
