DHL came back and gave us the Packet Plus shipping option for just a little bit more money and those are the packages that are getting delivered 6 to 10 days. So...

    Stoked XT was promised to us over and over to the point that we had to refund it. Instances like this do happen and our etas from that supplier are usually right on. When we spoke to her she wanted to wait..and it never came in. It did have to be refunded.

    Weekends do not count as days in shipping. Monday thru friday, and the window for the DHL service is 3 to 8 days. So from the 16th you are still in that window. Many packages are getting delivered in 4 to 5 days for the cheap films price.
