    To run M1t for 2 weeks or S1+ for 4 weeks 5 squirts twice daily ???? If its a better idea to go with m1t, what should I be takeing everyday for lethargy? will be doing 600 mg of 6 oxo afterwards and then taper it down and be takieng saw palmetto also.
