nogi bjj, practical striking, strength training, work, workout, eat, rest, train. don't care how big i get, wanna be as lean as possible, and quick and explosive, so i lift 3 days a week and train for power and strength. i run every morning for 20 minutes before i eat. only eat carbs, before and after workouts other than that its all veggies, fish and chicken and water. i train in nogi bjj and practical striking 5 days a week.
