    For cutting, I usually do high protein (~200g / day = 2.3 g protein / KG body weight) and drastically cut everything else. I wonder how crazy high protein (as in this article) and drastically reducing most everything else would work for cuttting?

    I did Smolov Jr for bench and squat at the same time (while on some "super" supplements... might be too much otherwise). Worked great. Brought up my 1RM for bench by 25 lb and squat by 35lb in just 3 weeks.

You can do clean eating with nutrient timing or without nutrient timing; I don't think any one would disqualify you as clean eating if you eat clean all day but have some hi GI carbs around workout time...
