    You hear 5’11 210 and assume above 20%? Interesting, my diet is in perfect check, meal prep Monday through Saturday, Sunday I allow a cheat meal. Lifting 5 days per week with 20 minutes of cardio usually stepper 3-4 days per week. Last I check 1-2 month ago my bf is 14%. Thanks
