    Absolutely! I have been adding 10-20lbs on everything consistently each week. I have also noticed that I have more overall energy in the gym. I have had to add additional exercises to the shortcut to size plan. I feel so good at the gym that I have to make myself leave. It's been a great experience!

    Hey guys. I just wanted to clarify that the measurement for my shoulders includes my chest and back. The measurement was made with the tape wrapped around my shoulders. I'm not 6" wider, although that would be awesome. I'm still pretty excited about that measurement though.
