    Around 8 years ago I was taking androgen's and getting ridicules results. I have hybrid genetics's so I tend to get more then others off what ever I take. I've never took something that was legit and not seen results.

    My gains were from having barely a meal a day to 3 meals a day with over 200 grams of protein a day. I got the Flu for a day and lost all the water I had gained from creatine. So it seems like 12 lbs of solid after 5 weeks and was likely more water to start.

    Its gonna be like 300 mgs of each 1-ad and 4-ad at 2 caps a day. I could go 6 weeks at 2 caps or buy another bottle and go 8 weeks and 3 caps a day last 2 weeks.
