I started at 30mg a week ago. Got crazy bloat and it's ****ing with my sleep. I wake up every couple hours feeling hot. No hunger increases though which is weird. I lowered to 15mg yesterday to see if that reduces the bloat and sleep issues. Just starting to feel tingly hands today.
Supplement wise? Not much. Diet, progressive load, rest. That's about all that's ever worked for me. Not a fan of stims so I can't really speak for those.
Of course you make assumptions. Training and diet were spot on. 20 yrs experience, lifting 4x/wk, 500cal/day surplus. Didn't gain anything more than I have in past identical bulks. ie; waste of money. Everyone is different though. Creatine doesn't do **** for me either.

If the purpose of the dbol is simply to get the kick sooner then how about front loading with prop for 3 weeks? Along with your 500 test e/wk, do 3 weeks of prop eod 75/50/25. That will get you up to peak within a week. This is what has been suggested to me from some knowledgeable guys here.
Cool! Haven't seen a yk11 log yet. Though I'm thinking it may be difficult to determine which effects you experience are from the yk, given the other compounds you're running
