Muscle Pharm Combat is good. It's a blend. It tastes good. Almost no carbs. I buy 5lb tubs at Costco for, I think, $45 or something like that. At Costco they only have 1 flavor: Cookies and Cream. I like it.- nickdanger74

20mg - 100mg I've used DMAA. I have 20mg capsules from Prima-Force. I bought 8 bottles of 200 caps before they discontinued them. I use them along with my pre-workout.
