Thanks for the replies guys. I did an EPI/MSten/Stano cycle a few months ago and am currently on a M1A/EPI/Stano cycle now. Haven't noticed any differences but I guess I'm worried just cause that would sssuuucckkk to lose hair this early. Mind me asking why you stopped early mstep?

I have worn them only a few times, but the have ZERO signs of wear and are like new. Tank Tops are banned from my school gym so they haven't had much use at all.

1. eat a lot
2. lift heavy
3. after a few months buy protein and creatine
4. after a few more months consider glutamine
5. progressive overload is key
