Ok thanks guys. I recently cycled the ams epi test liquid drops and liked them so now i want to dig deeper in the ph world.

I know some people that only drink isolates. Are they just lighter in cals , sodium etc...?

Can anyone tell me what is the difference btween 1-androstene-3b-ol and 4-androstene-3b? Wich one is stronger and do they give different results?
