No results from X gels?
3g pre workout with fish oil works well for me. Theoretically At least most of the 3g will be metabolised unesterified and the omega 3 should help to release what was esterified from the 1.5g dose the night before. Sure did desensitise my FP receptors though. Nothing like my first cycle :)- Nektar

This is what I think too but wouldn't the exogenous ArA source increase blood levels straight out and eliminate the job of the PLA2 to hydrolyse it from the stored phospholipid? I know that PGs are produced from the release of ArA from the phospholipids in the muscle cell (or some fin) so...- Nektar
