I got everything I needed and won't keep a log, but I'll definitely come back with my results at the end of the cycle.
Ok, and after Im done with PCT I won't need to rely on or be dependent on anything for my libido, right?
And how long after my first cycle is it suggested I do a second?
Ok so I'll do that. I've decided to get 2 bottles, 3 a day for 40 days and ill see how that goes. What do I do for PCT though? Can't start my cycle until I have all I will need on deck.
I know, I'm just not sure how PH worked. Do I only take the caps when I work out, or every day? I figure it's important to keep my test levels stable, so everyday at the same time?
And right sorry, I'm 23 y/o. I posted it in my last topic but haven't changed it in my pro yet. I'll do that...
After reading around, I think I found that 2-3 capsules a day for 60 days would be best for a beginner. Is this right?
Also, what if I was to miss a day or 2 during a week? As much as I try to be in the gym daily, I can't always commit a full week.
