    There's some guys at the gym I go to that like to loudly drop the weights on the floor after each rep they do. They'll deadlift one rep, at the top they drop it, wait about a minute and do another rep. This will go on for upwards of 15-20 minutes. They do like 20 reps in 20 minutes...
