I've been lifting on and off since I was 16. At my biggest I was 210 benching maybe 340ish but BF was in the 20's. Now I'm down to 180's mostly just by diet. I put size on pretty easily but I cant keep my BF down when I'm bulking even if I eat clean. When I gain body fat its really unflattering. (huge love handles and a fat face) So I'm looking to get my muscle mass back and maybe plus some without the muffin top! Did my first cycle last summer but was in a bad motorcycle wreck in the fall and lost a lot of my gains in the folowing months. Just recently started hitting the gym hard again.
