Tried them at the Arnold a couple days ago, they had 197lbs on a 1 arm tbar and even with my big hands I couldn't lift it more than a half inch... For any counters I did dead the 2 210lb each kettlebells 25x at vince's booth. Fatgrips are ridiculously hard I might run pick some up so I don't...
After the colossal failure of my MStack log, and a great trip to the Arnold I have decided to try another LG stack.
I really enjoyed the natabolic stack and I couldnt pass up the deal the guy at the LG booth was offering :present: so I bought a box, $60 he threw in a jar of ASGT and an extra...

THE STACK
First off I told myself I'd start supping after the new year and due to my miscalculation on my cycle assist inventory I will be running a universal stack of mstack and animal pak.
Should be fairly low key but posting on here will keep me on path.
I believe its a 21 day run and will...
At 25 ur body should recover fairly quickly, personally I do push pull legs push pull off repeat. Generally I really work one muscle group like on push I might start with shoulders and murder them while doing the chest and tris hard and the next push day I'll kill the chest. Also with such a...
I dont really get the question. Why are you lifting? Its like the pansies at the gym that dont rerack their dbs. If you are lifting to get stronger, then why wouldn't you take pride in your ability to lift the weights and carry them back and forth. If your strong enough to rep a weight in...
Musclemag has a writeup on static lifts supposedly great if u do it right like put more weight than u can bench in the squat rack mid rom and push as hard as u can for timed reps...
Closer to the actual thread I like to do rack bench like the last 4-6 inches of a rep when my shoulders are too...
