    Alight guys. I'm still 20 so won't be planning a cycle for a few years yet. Still making good gains from a solid diet and training. Would it be beneficial to get some bloodwork done now and then again in a few years just too see where I'm at?

    I'm not gonna lie guys. I do squats with about 500+ with a rom of about 3 inches. I consider that my warm up. Then I will get ass I grass with like 315 for reps, warms up your legs and makes everything else feel real light.

    I've been doing this for a while now. It's the only method that has grown my calves. Works wonders, but you gotta be willing to work through some pain and not be able to walk for the day. I try to get 75 reps in under 2 min with a weight that I'll fail at 15-20 reps

    That video is good I'm gonna stick with the bodybuilding for a ever now. The results are much more pronounced in less time. Plus no more sore joints or pain from being an idiot and trying to lift huge weight

    I might pick up some casein one night this week. My diet is pretty solid right now. I can already feel the effects of the lipo 6, body temp is through the roof. So far this has been my favourite stack, hopefully I will maintain as much muscle as possible

    Try some klipsch in ear buds. You can get em for around 75$ and they sound unreal. Also, for earbuds I recommend spending like 30 bucks on an extended warranty because cords on every kind of earbuds seem to break
