    diets is half of the battle. Just make sure you are hitting every body part with the weights and focus on getting a high-protein diet you should start to see good results

    resistance training all the way. The more muscle mass you have the higher your metabolism and the more fat you will lose.

    I think all of those are perfect for a home gym. All you really need for upper body is a pull-up station and a dip station. Get huge!
