I just really no longer want non-compliant products. I don’t want my heart racing for hours with unknown stimulants, and then not even being able to look up the half life, etc, for said stimulants since I don’t know the dose or what they really are.

Too much definitely gives me headaches. I’ve never ran it solo, only in prop blends. I always felt like this could be pulled from formulas and added back in LATER if research had proved there was nothing to worry about.

Ahhh I’ve been thinking about suggesting a canned energy drink in the 2024 ideas thread. Doesn’t have to be Focus XT but I’m sure you could make a killer one. Maybe in the future the economies of scale will make more sense.

I’ve never tried this type of product, but Lean Edge seems like the perfect one. What’s your advice on dosing if you do IF/OMAD for dinner? Could I eat dinner at 6 and meaningfully absorb this at 10? Or take it at 6:00, eat at 6:30, then just be relaxed for bed? I don’t have night cravings...

If you’re worried, I’d drop the YK. C4 is basically just caffeine and B vitamins, millions of doses sold per year, nothing there is going to hurt you.

Could you share why at all, Mike? I read through the website but still don’t understand much of the difference between micronized and instantized. I figured you know the science behind it pretty well.

I like Kava as well. I had some yesterday because I had felt in a bad mood all day. It definitely takes the edge off and can make your activities fun again.

It looks like very old packaging. I found that website link and everything looks very old. I would not give them my credit card info or trust the quality of the products.
