    B12 I just read something about shooting b12 into IGF. I have read mixed reviews, as usual. However, if the manufacturer say use BW, please stick with that before wasting a shot. Peace.

    Just to piggy back on Blaze's answer to your question, lower the dosage of slin to around 5 to 8 iu's, according to your weight. 5 should be sufficient.

    I went to the website stated above and ON price on that stuff is 34.00. That is not cheaper than Muscle Milk, or is it? I get MM for about 17.00 - 18.00 dollars. Maybe I have the quantity mixed up, but I buy the 2.48lbs for that amount.
