I'm a recovering addict who picked up weight lifting as a hobby to keep mr clean so for the past 3 years I've trained hard and now it's become a lifestyle.
Practice makes progress
My goal right now is to drop this body fat so i have to body I've always wanted. My body has gone through so many changes the last few years. When i first got clean i was strung out and about 165lbs after rehab i was a whopping 225lbs NO MUSCLE after about a year of training i lost 20 lbs. Then a year later i did my first cycle leaving me at 215lbs 20% bf 42% muscle. No I'm looking to shed that fat and drop to about 12-15%
