    Here is a Idea good or bad? I have tried this already to keep my skin as moist as possible I apply the transdermal and then wrap it in plastic wrap. Your skin does stay moist all the time under the wrap. Should this increase absorption? muscleman

  2. Spray or rub?

    One thing I try to do is after I'm done scrubbing in the shower is to rinse in the hottest water I can stand. I look like a lobster but I believe I'm getting good penetration. Muscleman
