    If I'm having trouble coming up with a good good plan to lose weight I use eatthismuch.com. Just gotta power through your cardio, forget about spot reduction, and train insane. The proper caloric intake is huge here.

    How often do you correct a stranger's form?

    I never go and correct someone's form... People say Branch Warren has terrible form but I'm sure as hell not gonna try and correct him! If I thought it would really result in a bad j jury I might say something though. Otherwise no way. Ill save my form tricks for myself.

    People have no respect for the amount of detail that went into Ronnie's physique. It's NOT all about getting as big as humanly possible and then standing on stage, kids. Although, I like the old-style physiques much more than today's. But today's physiques are so much more advanced.
