If you are lifting heavier weight it will naturally make you more tired on top of that you are bulking. The meals you are eating if not spaced properly could be taxing your body even further. Space apart your meals, avoid stims past noon and keep getting your 8 hours in. What else has changed...

Baking soda does work pretty well but I'm not so sure its something you can use regularly without messing up your stomach. Lol the burps are the best though :P
I put the gym on the back burner this year in favor of moving my career forward... I desperately need this motivation to get back into it, it's been like 3-4 months now since I've been back.
This sounds like a great idea. It's nice to talk to someone with some knowledge that isn't trying to sling there product at you. Also I'm sure you've answered this already but what happened to the rep points??
