    Hdrol is a solid product IMO. You will not need to run anything with it other than the obvious support supplements. I really enjoy hdrol I believe I only did mine at 50mg per day spread out in 25/25 dosage every 12 hours and received good gains on it. I employ the KISS method when it comes to PHs

    Agreed somewhat on the squat...that is my average however it fluctuates....I should have been more clear, my max on full ROM squat is more like 285...so 305 is well within reach. I did feel a little tired today and didn't know if that was more or the SD...luckily I had some joe on hand :)

    Day 3. I do full ROM squats and can normally do around 235 on a good day. Today I was able to cleanly squat full ROM 305. I am feeling much stronger and feel as though I need less sleep. I am trying to get 8+ hours each night but I find myself waking up around 4am. I workout at 6 in the morning...

    If I take 20mg should I take it at once or spread out? Read somewhere it can keep your brain awake.

    I have taken d-zine before I liked the results quite a bit..should be okay with those supps for your liver, I personally like liver fix by myogenix or liv.52 because it works wonderfully and its super cheap
