    to admin bry because i cant send a pm i to if you can would like an outline to follow for an hdrol cycle n where to get the spefic supplements for the cycle. I already have the hdrol, and this would be my 3rd ph cycle, didnt keep any gains from before I think due to incorrect pct, anyways thanks
