Seems like a plan, will start doing it immediatly, although benching i can't really do considering all i have is the bar, and no bench, either way, no gem membership it's all at home. anything u can think of to replace benching?

try taking a few teaspoons of carnola oil a day to increase calorie intake...
sounds horrible but it's cheap and works
10teaspoons of carnola = 1200 calories
30 = 3600 calories
