Used to be in great shape after a little help from winnie V- 5'9", 195lbs, 10%bf.
I was injured badly and touched death and now I want to shed the fat that a couple years of lack of discipline have given me. Have existing shin splints in one leg from the crash. has all but killed my running. now focusing on interval and circuit training to get in shape. not looking to add mass. looking to cut 30lbs.
