Asoon: Good stuff bro thanks for the in-depth advice. Def makes sense. I actually like your 4 week Accumulation Deload then Intensification for 2 weeks... Right now I'm doing 2 weeks Accum 2 weeks Intens then 1 week deload. I actually follow at H.I.I.T program along with it 2x a week.. So for...
I'm looking to see if anyone has tried a Conjugated Program for Bench Press. I've been on the Charles Poliquin Density/Accumulation Program cycling through 3 weeks of High Sets, Low Reps low volume (volume is measured in reps)... And alternating that with 3 weeks of Low Sets, High Reps, High...
Mw1: Giant Sports Delicious Protein 5lbs. is on the lower end of quality. It's mostly a concentrated form of whey. But with that being said at least there's 75% protein per scoop not bad on the percentage scale.
Howwedo: ON 2lbs. is 72.7% Whey Isolate / 5lbs. is 75% Whey Isolate per scoop mostly... Dymatize ELITE is basically like ON but the 2lbs. is 75% / 5lbs. 80% and the Whey Isolate is filtered better than ON and cheaper by a couple bucks on both the 2lbs and 5lbs.
Geo: Your more experienced you know what to look for. But alot of people don't know Protein % per scoop and how to read the label as far as what type of protein its mostly comprised of.
CLITorza your school child remarks are about as big as your back in your prof pic. Why don't you comment when your back grows out of its prepubescent era. My back was bigger than that at birth
Geo: Iforce Protean is 58.8% protein per scoop. It's a blend of (Whey Concetrate, Whey Isolate, Whey Hydrolysate, Micellar Casein, Milk Protein Isolate) So basically your getting probably around 10-12grams of mainly Whey Concentrate per scoop.
No need to get emotional tough guy. Def not bashing I-force I've used their pre-workout supps before with good results... I didn't know you were emotional attached to a brand. Just giving you some knowledge on the quality of your protein supplement, cause clearly you don't know **** about it. If...
I'm sure there's more like these two but right now. I think Univeral Iso-Sensation and All Max Isoflex are the two top superior protein supps. Ultimate Nutrition Iso-Sensation is CFM Whey Protein Isolate at 30grams in a single scoop and 93% protein per scoop. All Max Isoflex is a blend of CFM...
Hate to rain on your I-force Cupcake parade but its not a very good quality protein supplement. Might taste good but in 1 scoop of the 20 grams it says on the label your only getting 58.8% per scoop of that. Not to mention they use an old cheaper quality Whey Concentrate as their first...
Tell me your Protein Brand and Product... I'll give you the cold hard facts... You'd be surprised some top brands are **** quality and wayyy over priced...
Try Layne Norton's Power/Hypertrophy Split esp if your on cause you'll recover faster from the first 2 power days with the 3rd day off before hypertrophy begins...
I never said you couldn't get your forearms stronger. I said it wouldn't crossover into wrestling strength as much as fat gripz do. And the reason I say that is because I had a couple wrestlers tell me they use grip squeezers for their forearms but have a hard time holding weight in farmers...
Fat Gripz are def much better and more realistic to wrestling cause its an isometric hold where you have to squeeze and hold or else the bar will fall out of you hands. Esp on exercises like farmers walks and barbell rows. The squeeze resistance handles are more repetitions and cosmetic.
