    My rountine for my core is one day ill do front abs and the next day ill do obilques and then the follwing day go back to my front abs. I know one shouldn't do abs more than two to three times a week so if I'm doing abs x3 and obliquesx3 a week...will I be over training my core or is going back...

    The n.o product I take( one more rep) says not to consume any extra caffine on the same day as taking the n.o product. Do think the amount of caffine in the green tea will be to much? I'm not reallly subseptive to caffine.
