Var now is mainly ugl I have got a goodbrand of ugl var ( sphinx) But still debating wether to use tbol instead as this is reported to build more mass and afewsay var whilst bulking is a waste
Have you guys actually got experience with both? Or at least one or the other...
My veiw on anavar for bulking was bot for the mass more to keep my mass gained off the lgd clean, dry and vascular as this bulk will be leading into summer ;-)
But also from what I read tbol should be aable...
Hi guys currently running an lgd 12 week cycle at 8mg. And looking to throw in either anavar 75mg for 10 weeks or tbol 60mg for 7 weeks
Unsure which to pick as I am bulking but would like to keep the gains dry and lean. Hence why ive chosen these.. Any experience with the 2 would be Great
Obviously still count macros but I wouldnt be to strict on them keep protein stable and calories stable when u work out how many u need and defict erc.. Wont matter too.much if ur fats vary or carbs from.day to day aslong as ur in a calorie defict..
No need to use it at such a high body fat.. No need to carb cycle either just a simple calories in vs calories out diet are usually easier to maintain keeping.protein high
Eca stack not necessarily needed atsuch high body fat should easily be able to loose weight. I weighted 185lbs 18-20% body fat around 5 month ago currently sat at 160lbs 10% body fat mainly through diet as im injured so didnt do much cardio just lower ur calories 5-700 under maintenance each day...
