I am definitly not letting him take it. You have to be 18 to buy it. But I really needed back up so that he knew that I wasn't the only one who thought it was bad, and there are other healthy ways to gain muscle.
I will definitly start working with him on his diet more. Thank you soooo much too everyone for all your input. Definitly keep it coming. It's hard for me, i'm all about losing weight and all he wants to do is gain. lol.
No he doesn't quite look like that, although he is very lean. He probably gets 5000 calories, maybe not the right kind. I'll have to do more research into diet. Thanks
He is 165. 4.5% body fat, 5000 calories per day. I don't know what a nutrient macros is.
He lifts 5 days a week, his diet is okay, not sure exactly what it should be.
