Weights done in a circuit 4x week
Diet pretty basic protein green veggies half sweet potato for meals, protein shakes for breakfast and supper
Thx Jon....diet def in check. Cardio 1hr 4-5x/wk has to be stair stepper or elliptical due to ankle injury plus 45 min weight sessions super setting s much as possible.
