    Any specific reason? I've tried ax and triazole and I liked it, but from what I hear the X-factor stack is better (bulk or cut). I guess we'll see. I think most people would agree with me on that one, but to each his own. ;)

    Thanks! I didn't know the relatively empty stomach part. Didn't even think about that (duh!). That's why I always check with others before hand. Gotta make sure everything's perfectly in place :).

    * First off at 2800 calories you should be sustaining weight, not gaining. You should be eating at least 3500 IMO... And second your not going to feel it the first day. Anything you felt straight off the bat was placebo my friend. That being said... If you can turn this into a good, honest log...
