    I had someone suggest that I use test-e for my first cycle. I was told to use nolvadex as a pct but Im unsure of when to start taking it and at what dosage and length.I also wondered if I should stack it with anything else. Thanks for any help.

    Thanks for the advice. Im 185 pnds right now but I would like to hit around 215. My arms are 16 1/8" and I would like to see 18". Im not sure what my chest measures but my waist is a 34. Im 5' 10" tall.
