    OK sounds good. I took 1 before workout today and 1 post. Nothing bad so far but thats dosing only 2, if I go up to 3-4 I usually get the weird cramps. Will see how I go.

    strange hey. I just noticed over the past few days since starting it ive had quite a bit of bloat, and its always the same, it seems to upset my stomach. I went down to 2 caps today and its not as bad but i still feel my stomach doesnt like it. I am only running the ABE at the moment.
