Yeah fair enough, my diet is good, exercise a lot, at least 5-10 sessions a week,and just have stubborn fat that won't disappear no matter what I do, is there any thing that I can take to make it dissapear?
I'm about 13-14% body fat but still am a bit chubby around the gut and around the armpits and want to loose this body fat to replace with muscle mass, is testeosterone injections a good way to do this? I'm on a budget and want what will give me the best results before the end of the year? Or...

Alright so I am training chest and back-legs-arms and shoulders splits 2 times a week each at a rather high weights, with cardio 3-4 times a week either being a 6km road run or hiit for around 45 minutes

I rarely drink, my body is quiet strange I have 5mm skin folds on Qauds, 15 around my pec region and very little on my triceps, I do fitness every second day, but on my stomach my skin folds are 25 I am 184cm and 80kg
I am fairly lean, do a lot of cardio and eat pretty well, train 6-10 times a week and am currently around 13% body fat, but have a beer gut I have tried everything to change it but it's always still there, would shedding some more bodyfat change this or? Need ideas
