Been into health and fitness for a few years now, with changing my diet and getting into clean eating, trying a few different supplements to get my BMI and fat percentage down also. I stopped eating a few years ago due to a rship breakdown and I lost 3 stone in 8 weeks, but as soon as normal eating resumed, I piled on the pounds, and my body fat was at 38% which has never ever Been above 22 which is still high I know. After taking clenbuterol and having a fat rebound, it seemed impossible. But now I'm, going to the gym doing lots of cardio and taking NLA and sesamin which is great. Really focused on achieving those fitness physique goals. Any tips or motivation welcome :)
