Workout was:
Superset:
Tricep pushdowns 97.5lbs(max on the pulley)
3 sets: 15,12,10.
Alternate dumbbell curls 45lbs
3 sets: 15,12,10.
Superset:
Cable Overhead tricep extension: 85lbs
3 sets 15,12,10...
