    yah i lift my hands over my head and it all goes to normal :] btw. orals for a week didnt do **** to me. maybe you have the wrong impression as i said slightly. there is a hard surface when i push far down enough but i think its just my chest muscles :woohoo: and it doesnt hurt at all.

    I only took orals for exactly 1 week. I had slightly puffy nipples since i was 13. They are fine when they are cold and when i flex my chest everything looks normal. Do you think it is the recent week of the oral steroids? Trenxtreme and TT-40 from Americellular Labs.
